[ReCAPTCHA] Customer can't login due to infinite captchas

A paying customer with a fully activated account cannot sign into their account due to being presented with infinite captchas. Customer reported solving roughly 20 puzzles before giving up.

They are on a corporate network and cannot disable it. They can also only use Edge as their browser due to IT policies.
