login after logout not possible for ADFS SSO

[Build] 17.2+ 2017/07/25

[Steps to reproduce]
Using Chrome, or FF only (IE is OK):

1. log-in as tenant defined with ADFS SSO using tenant id url
   e.g. http://server1.intern.est.fujitsu.com:8180/oscm-portal/?tenantID=9306a91a
2. log-out again
3. enter above url again, to try and log-in again

[Expected result]
redirect to ADFS login page

[Observed result]
a blank page is displayed

The page is not really blank. The source for the "redirect" page is displayed when I press F12

workaround: use IE so set to normal severity
