Deployment of OpenStack Instance on SUSE loops
[Steps to reproduce]
Use technical service from below to deploy an instance on SUSE cloud 7.
The deployment on the APP side never finishes: the instance must be deleted. The instance on the SUSE openstack server is running, meaning that the Stack has been completed.

As it looks the OpenStack never finishes the create stack (see the two attached png files)

[Build] 17.4 With Openstack RedHat we do not have this problem
