Please correct README.md symlink

The symlink seems pointing to expat's repo but should point to its own README.md

Are you saying that it should not be a symlink and there should be a separate README.md in the root of the crate?

Maybe I am wrong, shouldn't expat-sys crate have its own README.md and the current README.md is pointing to the readme for expat's repo/crate?

Yes. also there is not README.md in the crate.

There is no expat crate, there's only expat-sys.
