This is needed for WebVR and other fancy features, to let websites explicitly say they don't want any WebVR stuff running.

Possible new development to track relating to feature policies: https://github.com/dtapuska/documentaccess just got pushed into web platform test a couple days ago, web-platform-tests/wpt@c9ca988
