Change rpm spec URL to point to this repository and update other info

Since now we have a new organisation working on the keyboard, we should update rpm spec with information matching the new organisation structure. Source URL should point to this repository now that this is the main development branch. I think we should probably also clear the packager variable as well. Maybe add another file with the list of contributors or give credit to everyone in some other way.
