Reddit - When downloading, if in-progress file is deleted thread hangs

Describe the bug

When downloading from Reddit I sometimes preview the content and might happen to delete an image/video that has not completed. The thread working the image/video will then hang for the remainder of the session. So instead of 3 active threads working only two are making progress.

Hard to reproduce as it's a race condition ;(
