一般是访问国内网站的时候（任意网站，weibo，sina，yhd都出现过这样），chrome偶尔会这样报错，刷新几次到十几次后会恢复。
路由器用dnsmasq直接转发到chinadns，chinadns上游DNS一个是本地ISP的DNS，一个是shadowsocks转发到8.8.8.8:53。
