Problems with patches

When I want to turn on patches for bloodborne, it says that they are there, but at the same time I can’t turn on anything.
What should I do?

Do you see the patches in the interface ?
If you don't see anything, you need to update your game to 1.09, as patches are game version dependant, and probably none exist for 1.00
