Extensions being disabled is not replicated on second computer

On Computer A, I have disabled some extensions. I ran sync settings to upload settings. When I downloaded settings on Computer B, the extensions were not disabled.

I'd like the extension to replicate the settings on the source computer (uploader) on the destination computer (downloader)
