I create my own synthetic data as the paper "Two-Phase Cross-Lingual Language Model Fine-Tuning for Machine Translation Quality Estimation (Lee, 2020)" describes, but I don't know how to run the code with the data. Could you please provide the example of the synthetic data and tell me the data processing steps?
