3.0版本的dist目录缺少css文件 #2107

项目中引用了https://unpkg.com/shineout/dist/theme.default.css 样式文件，但是现在这个远程链接无法使用了。在npm和unpkg站点中，3.0版本的dist目录都不存在这个文件，需要补充一下

Hi，Shineout 3.0 使用了 CSS-in-JS 方案，产物不再提供和组件相关的 css 内容
