Broken Links on Hugo Themes page

Hugo's page for Goa theme contains the following broken link for the demo site: https://shenoybr.github.io/hugo-goa-demo

I believe this is due to the author changing their username and can be easily fixed by updating README.md and config.toml.

An update on Hugo's page would also be required but the source link there redirects to this repository, so at least visitors can still reach the demo site by checking the link in the About section in the sidemenu -- which also needs to be updated.
