Running (pdf)latex the first time creates an <doc>.acn file

makeglossaries <doc>

Then creates the <doc>.acr file,

which is used by the next (pdf)latex run.

I have fixed that issue in a personal clone: http://code.google.com/r/nicolasdudebout-latex-makefile/source/detail?r=ed9e9920c3f50ef943cd0b31d4bbcf9c1ed03a7b

BTW, what is the best way to do the equivalent of a pull request on google code?
