Remove tags from URL link

When people just want to post the pictures from the booru, they use copy link on the image. However this link contains the tags like

But the link works without the tags as well!

Having the tags in the links bloats up links of detailed images enormously and in some software (e.g. Discord) the full link is displayed when part of a message with additional content. Deleting the tags by hand is fine and dandy on PC, but a pain on mobile.

Remove the tags in the URL link.

Make the removal optional.

There is an option for this, but missing documentation ^^

Specifically Board Config -> Advanced -> image_ilink -> /_images/$hash/$id.$ext
