Error in signed_cluster while running run.ACTIONet() #6

Hi All,
I am trying to run ACTIONet on my data but

ACTIONet.out = run.ACTIONet(sce.reduced,k_max = 20)

is throwing an error

Error in signed_cluster(as(A, "sparseMatrix"), resolution_parameter = resolution) : 
  could not find function "signed_cluster"

Kindly help how to resolve this error.

You need to install https://github.com/shmohammadi86/NetLibR
