Nav Bar Component

i would expect for the dev to be able to create navs by using a sub element of the navbar one
or using property values
for the navigation elements
to be able to add a logo
custom color
and also the navigation bar to be responsive
sub navigation elements
as an example
just a whole navbar component with the core functionality and design of a navbar
also the different designs
like pill
etc

In addition, the NavBar needs to track the active page, the bootstrap navbar seems like a good example. The tracking of active page goes into sub menus as well.
