Code completion for Visual Studio

Is it possible to add code completion to Visual Studio 2022 (not VS Code)?

I'm open to it if somebody wants to submit a PR for this. It may be helpful to look at the following files to see how we're using the Custom Elements Manifest (custom-elements.json) to generate these.

• custom-elements-manifest.config.js - uses cem-plugin-vs-code-custom-data-generator as a plugin to generate it for VS Code
• scripts/make-web-types.js - uses jsonata to translate metadata into a readable file for WebSTorm/PHPStorm.

I'd be OK with either approach, or something similar. The ask is that we don't have to do any manual work to keep it up to date.
