Input spinButtons attribute

There is a noSpinButtons attribute but i changed it to:

spinButtons = 'hidden' | 'hover' | 'fixed'

• fixed: always visible
• hidden: no buttons
• hover: the standard behaviour

I made the fixed the default because it fits better my needs.
I did it by myself but it would be better to have it official.
The css looks like this:

    opacity: 1;
  }

Then add the attribute at the appropiate places.

Cool idea. Unfortunately, we won't be able to bring this into version 2 because it's a breaking change, but we'll keep it in mind for future improvements.
