This might be a super long-term issue, but I received some feedback of wanting this app on Apple Watch.

Can we already create watchOS apps using React Native?

AFAIK Expo doesn't support building for apple watch, but it possible with eject and using package like this: https://github.com/mtford90/react-native-watch-connectivity
