I am using Goatcounter for my website because it is a privacy respecting and open source tracking application but I noticed that my own laptop blocked them because I use your list and the link is in it. The specific link is gc.zgo.at. I understand that Goatcounter is technically tracking software but it enables me as a website owner to know how many people visit my website while still completely respecting the users privacy. As such, I would not classify it under a "shady host".

As a side-note, I consider stats.kde.org and stats.nextcloud.com to also be acceptable, but that is pretty subjective
