CI build service integration #69

As title, it should consider integrating one of CI build service after accepting the issue #68.

I also recommend following CI build services:

GitHub Action
Travis CI
Circle CI

I think we can choose one of above services to accomplish this issue.

@shuchkin, do you have any thought about this?
