Looks like we should stick with 3.4 for 0.7 release of Talos, as etcd supports only jumping though one minor version for smooth upgrade https://github.com/etcd-io/etcd/blob/master/Documentation/upgrades/upgrade_3_4.md

3.5 should be left for 0.8
