Startup programs reset on each boot

I'm currently testing the testbuild cinnamon-amd64-202311051341. Seems pretty stable but I notice I'm not able to create start up programs with the tool cinnamon-settings startup.

Looks like something is deleting the content of ~/.config/autostart on each boot. I will try to further investigate why the content is lost after rebooting.

I noticed this line in the postinst script:

and could fix the issue with the following commands:

sudo rm -rf /etc/skel/.config/autostart/
sudo ln -s ~/.config/autostart/ /etc/skel/.config/autostart
