Cannot edit entry in Notes more than 10 times

Bug description

I cannot make modification to any note in my Notes section, if that note was changed 10 times. I can't understand why are you treating notes as simply message (as I found in code).

Steps to reproduce

• create a note with any text content
• modify that note 10 times by double tap

Actual result: After 10th time if you double tap on your note to make changes, nothing will happen. But if you select Edit option from context menu (by long tap), you will see a pop-up info message "This message can't be edited more than 10 times"
Expected result: User can edit notes as many times as he/she wants
