Manual deletion of timer update notifications

Bug description

Timer updates for disappearing messages are non-removable in contradiction to the mobile version.
It seems they are missing the "sent time" caption, every message has, which is clickable for more information.
Manual deletion is the only option right now to remove any evidence of a "disappearing message" conversation and deletion does not get synchronized between instances of Signal.

Steps to reproduce

• Start a disappearing messages conversation.
• Try to delete the timer update notifitcations.
• No interactive part in the notification.

Actual result:
All timer update notifications are listed indefinitely in conversation. No manual modification possible.
Expected result:
The handling of timer update notification should be similar to the mobile version: Editable/Deletable.
