Update Window Title with Contact Name

It would be nice to have the currently opened Conversion/Contact name in the window title, so that time tracking applications can track the time you spend with individual contacts (instead of just time spent on Signal).

E.g. now it's either "Signal" or "Signal (1)", I would like to have "Signal - My Conversion/Contact Name" or "Signal (1) - My Conversion/Contact Name" in the window title.
