Make topic changes more verbose

Feature Request description

When someone changes the channel topic, not enough information is given about that change.
The current template is the following:

Title is now '<new group topic>'

I suggest to add more information, e.g.:

Title changed from '<old group topic>' to '<new group topic>' by '<user making the change>'

Advantages:

• Group members can track what changed
• Information who made the change, that is non-existent with the current template

Not on this feature request:

• The inability of changing the topic using Signal Desktop
