Hi guys, as I work a lot with Jupyter Notebooks, I often have to open .html files. This is when I discovered a strange behavior caused by Signal Desktop.
Signal Desktop automatically sets itself as default application for .html files.

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58180711/launching-jupyter-notebook-from-terminal-starts-signal-desktop-messenger-as-well/58225284#58225284

Which means I can't open my Notebooks anymore or I have to change the default app.

Bug Description

Signal sets itself as .html file default application every time it is launched.

Steps to Reproduce

Install Signal Desktop.
Go to an html file and set default app to be Chrome or some browser.
Launch Signal Desktop.
Check default app for html file and Signal has became the default one.
Quit and repeat

Expected Result:

I'd like to not have to set the default app every time I use Signal, best I'd like it to not change anything at all without my permission.

Platform Info

Signal Version:

v1.27.4

Operating System:

Ubuntu 19.10

Linked Device Version:

Signal 4.48.17
