Bug Description

I use Signal for privacy. If I want someone to know I use Signal, I'll tell them. I do not want Signal to highlight my presence to them. I'd like to have a way to specify "Don't automatically suggest me as connections for other Signal users."

Actual Result:

My pseudo-friend BOB signs up for Signal. Signal says "Guess who else is on Signal!"

Expected Result:

My pseudo-friend BOB signs up for Signal. If Bob wants to contact me, Bob can try sending me a message. If Bob doesn't want to contact me, Bob is not alerted to my presence.

Platform Info

Signal Version: 1.29.2

Operating System: Mac OS X

Linked Device Version: iOS latest (13.xxx?)
