Feature request: Hovering over countdown timer icon should inform how much time is left before deletion

Bug Description

I know the icon changes when the message is expiring, but it would be good if the user could get a more informative feedback from the interface. In the Signal Desktop, this could be achieve displaying the information when the mouse cursor hovers the icon

Steps to Reproduce

1. User positions the mouse cursor over the countdown timer icon.
2. User interface displays how much time left there is for that message.

Actual Result:

The icon only changes when the message is expiring so the user can get a sense of how much time is left, but the information is imprecise.

Expected Result:

Informing the actual time left can lead to a more precise user interaction with the application.
