Desktop Signal App won't mute notifications after its muted from phone

Bug Description

Muted a thread from mobile app (iOS). That muted the conversation oh phone. However, it did not mute the app on desktop.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Mute a thread on signal iOS app.
2. Now check signal windows desktop app
3. notifications are muted on iOS app however, notification keeps appearing in desktop app

Actual Result:

notifications are not muted on desktop app, screenshot attached

Expected Result:

notifications should be muted on desktop app
