Bug description

Describe here the issue that you are experiencing.

Steps to reproduce

• Open signal app.
• Try to Re-Register Device
• Try to edit/tap on phone number.

Actual result: Describe here what happens after you run the steps above (i.e. the buggy behaviour)

• Allow you to edit your phone number.

Expected result: Describe here what should happen after you run the steps above (i.e. what would be the correct behaviour)

• You can't edit your phone number.
