TSDX and Rollup Config

I'd like to run a client in Node to have another environment running the new setup. I've tried with a very simple demo but seems like our core package has some issues running in node.

Seems related to how Rollup bundles the dependencies (external etc).

We might have to tweak the rollup config for @signalwire/core to have different output for Node and Browser.

Important ones:

• UMD format with lodash breaks due to lodash-es substitution jaredpalmer/tsdx#759
• 'import' and 'export' may only appear at the top level rollup/plugins#304
