Additionally, as we have upcoming postgresql support we need an additional package.

Mind that the upcoming new web ui for the node requires additional build steps to pull remote dapps into the node

Considers also

Add pre-release builds to DockerHub especially the MariaDB version #736

You want to add an additional image like the maria image is separate from h2?
