Description

Tracking issue for potential Electra feature EIP-7251: Increase the MAX_EFFECTIVE_BALANCE.

Approach an assumptions

  • Currently building on Deneb

Progress

  • "Core" MaxEB logic (everything except features below)
  • Execution partial withdrawals
  • In-protocol consolidations
