Validator Withdrawal Doesn't List Full Validator Pubkey

Describe the bug
In the withdrawal process, I think the final screen, the validator public key is listed just as the first few hex bytes. I think we should list all of it, or if we shorten it, have some ...'s followed by the last few hex bits (as this is typically how people identify validators)
