Add PR workflows for schema generation

The current state of things requires developers to understand the JSON schema, and modify it (while everything else is in YAML).
It seems as if everybody has their own way of modifying the schema file.
This hurdle to contributing should be removed and automation for schema generation should be provided.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Added an automation or manual on how to maintain the JSON schema for a chart
