增加「延期公开」功能

根据《关于修订印发〈广东工业大学博士、硕士学位论文延期公开管理办法〉的通知》（广工大学位字〔2021〕10号）¹印发的《广东工业大学博士、硕士学位论文延期公开管理办法》，需要增加「延期公开」功能。

要求：

第六条　确定为“延期公开”的学位论文，应在论文印刷本封面和电子版首页右上角使用黑体三号字明确标注，标注字样为：延期公开___年（空白处填写延期公开年限，一般为1-3年），未经审定的学位论文禁用此标志。

其中标注字样应加在「中文扉页」的右上角。

根据《广东工业大学博士、硕士学位论文延期公开管理办法》，需要注意：

第二条　我校学位论文分为公开、延期公开和涉及国家秘密三类。具体如下：
（二）延期公开
研究成果不涉及国家秘密和学校工作秘密，但准备申请专利或技术转让以及涉及技术秘密，在一段时间内不宜公开的学位论文；或论文背景为企业资助的重大项目，且撰写过程确实无法回避保密数据，按资助企业要求需要保密的学位论文。

第四条　申请“延期公开”学位论文者，须在申请学位论文答辩时提出。除已申请未获批的情况外，对于应当定密的论文不定密，或者对不应当定密的论文定密，造成的后果由论文作者及其导师承担。

第七条　对于在上级部门抽检中出现“存在问题学位论文”情形的，将根据有关规定从严处理。导师、学位评议组和学位评定分委员会对申请“延期公开”的学位论文应从严审核和把握，对于申请理由不充分的，应不予批准。

第八条　导师作为研究生教育的第一责任人，须做好相关教育和管理工作。申请“延期公开”学位论文的研究生必须严格遵守相关科研保密规定，在项目及其成果未公开前不得擅自泄露论文内容。研究生公开发表学术论文或公布本人相关科研工作信息，须经导师同意。
