example/mmo: a sample MMO game to get somebody started

Why?
One of the main drivers for creating this engine is to make networked games with a dedicated server model. This will probably take multiple years before I can build an example game that is reasonably secure that people can tweak and learn from.

This might end up going into its own unique repo as the scope of the example game will be non-trivial.
