_TUTUM_API_URL and TUTUM_AUTH variables are now _DOCKERCLOUD_SERVICE_API_URL and DOCKERCLOUD_AUTH

fixed it by copying dockercloud_auth into tutum_auth as environment variable.

environment:
    - 'BACKUP_CRON_SCHEDULE=0 2 * * *'
    - TUTUM_AUTH=$DOCKERCLOUD_AUTH
