The Music issue is that notes cannot be hand entered or modified. @sdysart pointed out this issue.

When looking at: Speech Analyzer/ Help/ Content/ User Interface/ Menus/ Graphs/ Graph Types/
Music Graph Types/ Transcribe notes to the Staff... There are comments in notes: #2, #3, & #4
which outline an ability to alter the notes on screen, but in fact they do not work correctly. There
is a bug in the code that is preventing the Melogram and thus Musical Notes from registering.

@sdyart demonstrated entering notes (with the a key). The inserted note in blue seems to contain a copy of the previous entry but eventually refreshes with the correct single note.
