FW to SA Crash Problem
Given these settings: Using the attached files: “Thai 1-3 v2.wav” and “Thai 1-3 v2.saxml”. (I am not allowed to send .wav files)
And making use of the FW text “Entry” name of “mist”.
Then selecting the “Red Circled” Pronunciation\ Label item in FW, select this: \Users\DELL\Desktop\SA LIFT Testing\LIFT test 12\audio\002 mist.wav
This results in this correct view in SA.
However if the user already has a file open in SA like this:
And the user selects the “Red Circled” Pronunciation\ Label item in FW: \Users\DELL\Desktop\SA LIFT Testing\LIFT test 12\audio\002 mist.wav
Then SA will look correct like this. When SA is un-maximized it will look the same but in slightly a smaller size.
However the closing of the file has crashed SA by closing the single .Wav file SA now looks like this.
Since SA has crashed, the only way I have found to close this file is use Task Manager to end the task.
