The dictionary https://www.webonary.org/lietuviukalba-espanol/ which has two UI languages (English and Spanish) has incorrectly formatted entries for the primary UI language (assigned in the qtTranslate-X plugin). The secondary language has correctly formatted entries. It doesn't matter which of the two UI languages is primary the entries will be incorrectly formatted.
The entry sakýti is an example.
Correct formatting:
Incorrect formatting:
The entry doesn't have a part of speech for the senses. If they are added the entry is correctly formatted. If a POS is added only for the first sense that will format correctly but the second doesn't have the correct formatting. I don't know if this is the cause that if a POS is missing it isn't being properly formatted but the unformatted entries I looked at were all missing a POS.
I noticed that the HTML code for the pages for each UI language differs at the top and in how Unicode characters are represented which suggests they are constructed in a different way.
I tried to create a similar entry in a test database for French and English but could not repeat the problem. I had a quick search for other English/Spanish sites where POS entries were missing but didn't find any.
I have created two test dictionaries which only have a few entries.
This dictionary is the same as the main dictionary.

This dictionary has parts of speech added for sakýti.

I have attached two files which have the html code for the entry for each language UI for the first test dictionary.
LI-ES test es-esLang.txt
LI-ES test es-enLang.txt
This is a link to the French test site, "pluie" is the word I have used to try and replicate the problem.
