sitemap page type does not respect draft mode

When loading a site map page while it is in preview, I cannot expand the generated site map, as ?stage=Stage is not persisted by/appended to the XHR request.

In older versions of SilverStripe the reading mode was stored in session, but this has changed for security reasons (around caching) with 4.2 (as I recall), and this page type does not yet reflect that change in behaviour.
