gridfield title sits rather low #8254

Description

The title for the SS GridField sits a fair way below the form field for adding to the Gridfield. This is confusing ...

It seems to me that the Title should sit above all the other elements to make it a more coherent visual representation (i.e. these things belong together as one unit and it all starts with a title / heading)

Steps to Reproduce

Add a relational gridfield

I hate to say this but it seems that SS3 had a much more coherent presentation of a GridField:
