EmailRecipients are deleted when userform is unpublished #967

I tested the following against a fresh CWP 2.5.2 install:

Create a new userform, put recipients in, clicked save, then publish
Checked recipients were still on the form after publish - they are
Went back to the useform and unpublished it
Checked if recipients were still on the Gridfield. Recipients are gone

Republishing the page does not restore the recipients. The data is removed from the UserDefinedForm_EmailRecipient table and appears to be lost
