Replace the current (simple) weight range view with the WingLoadGraphic in the ProfileWeightView.

  • Remove extra information like low/high ranges, EN class labels, etc.
  • Add a scale for the weight at the top
  • Add labels to make clear what is the weight and what is the wing load
  • Make the WingLoadGraphic for the above changes so it can be used in both places
  • Allow hiding ranges (-- to ++) in wing load view (add eye-button, hide legend and remove opacity-differences)
