What is the problem?

STOP event triggers twice since 3.2.0, including latest 3.5.0

What is the current behavior?

Stop event triggers twice on click

Please provide the steps to reproduce and create a CodeSandbox.

What is the expected behavior?

Stop should trigger once.

Your environment:

Browser: Chrome
OS: Mac
