I'm not seeing documentation about OAuth there other than being able to link your GitHub, Google or Auth0 accounts.

Hey, I think I gave the wrong links for the DID Connect docs.

Here you have 3 docs about DID Connect open protocol, this should help you better to reconsider implementing the DID Connect protocol with grant. Let it be known it will open up many possibilities for other developers in the future. Let me know if it's outside the scope of your project and I will close it, sorry about the delay.
